Richtoften The Ionian Cannibal

I thought it would be cool to have an actual cannibal (Shia Lebouf) in LoL. He works kinda like a vlad/poppy mix and is an AP champion. Sorry for the lack of some stats (cooldowns, damage, etc) but this was a spur of the moment thought and I thought id post about it.

Autos: Ranged 500 range but every 10th attack gets an extra 100 range

Passive: Upon Kill or Assist, Richtoften gains insert % of HP here for each kill and insert less % of HP here for assists. Additionally he gets 1/8th of his opponets remaining mana (80/160/300 minimum at ranks 1/10/18)

Q (20/50/70/90/110 Mana): Richtoften takes a bite out of a target enemy, restoring 20/40/60/80/100 HP and dealing 40/60/80/100/120 + .25 AP as Magic Damage. If it kills the target, half the cooldown is refunded.

W (30/55/80/105/130 Mana): Passive: Richtoften takes 2/3/4/5/6 less damage from minions and monsters. Active: Richtoften jumps into the air and becomes untargetable for up to 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds and can move a short distance from where first cast.

E (60/80/100/120/140 Mana): Richtoften throws body parts at an enemy slowing them for 10/15/20/25/30% and dealing an intial 10/25/50/75/100 + .4 AP magic damage

R (100/150/200 Mana): Richtoften knocks everyone (including allies) back from him dealing 10/13/16% of his Max HP + .1 AP. If allies are hit it heals them for .1 AP.

Again sorry for numbers being all non-existant and feel free to change the numbers as according. I tried not to make him OP or complicated like release some releases.
