Why RIOT doesn't make champions from other places of Valoran?
Valoran has many places that we haven't seen a champion from yet, so why is that? Has anyone any idea? Some of those places are: Kaladon, Bubbling Bog, Urtista, Fyrone Flats, etc

Because they fired the lore team, and the janitor jethrow is doing all the back story now...which is why there is crap if not non existant lore...they really just dont care..they keep asking us in surveys "do you want more lore" "do you value things like lore" and then dont actually give a crap about the answer...rhetorical surveys....its the latest craze in business technology.
I think part of the reason these regions haven't had champions associated with them is because they don't have a clear developed identity. Most of the other regions of Valoran have historical or fictional inspiration, while most of these do not. It's hard to develop champions that really match places if the knowledge of the place has no clear theme or inspiration.
For example, Fyrone Flats has no identity and no remarkable features from which to draw inspiration from. It's a flat desert, neither of which provides anything to base a champion off. This is worsened that the more evocative of the two words, desert, is already the inspiration for Shuriman, Icathian, or Urtistanian champions. Given that all three of the previous regions have better defined lores and influences, it is much easier to just design champions to be from these places. Monsters and cultists come from Icathia, Urtistan gets champs founded around ancient technology, and Shurima gets the animals of the desert. As far as desert iconography goes, there really isn't much left to develop.
It's also worth noting that less developed areas are often actively siphoned of their champions due to the champions matching other regions better. Tryndamere used to be a native of the Fyrone Flats, Karthus used to reside in the Howling Marsh, and a number of other champions were moved to other regions to meet lore events. So it's not always the case that champions aren't designed for these regions, they just don't tend to stay there.
