Why do people play bad around Bard???

I am sick and tired of people complaining about Bard not being good. Bard is a great support the only thing bad is his teamates can't play well around him they just refuse to co operate. Personally i am lvl 5 in mastery with Bard what i do with him when the game starts is start with W and leave one heal mid lane, one top lane and a 3rd next to the jungler in order for him to take it after he finishes his first or second camp. Guess what, most of the games my heals in mid and top aren ever used and the jungler leaves the heal next to him intact. That's the first thing they do wrong. Second, i want to heal my adc as much as possible so when he is low (although not in danger of losing his life) i leave a heal right next to him. Guess again, he picks it up immediately........ grrrrrrrrrr Another thing is that i have never seen one teamate use my E to escape. NEVER. Also i have used ulti on tower in order for my adc to dive without being in danger and finish off the enemy adc, but no, he didnt wanna do that, they always prefer to waste my utli... So tell me again, is it so hard to play around Bard???

Play with friends that have experience.

Not enough people play Bard for anyone to know his mechanics, and nobody listens either...

This is true

He's just not-so-good in solo Q, that's all

He is definitely better in legitimate teams but due to his roaming capability he's not that bad in solo.

I love him in aram. More people are ready to take advantage of the constant stuns. Still could be better.

At least the enemy team plays bad around him too. I was watching a game last night where Bard created a tunnel to get away. Blitzcrank grabbed him through the tunnel and pulled him back... Before taking the tunnel himself and leaving Bard alone on the other side.

My favorite thing is to open up a portal but then not go through it and watch as everyone else does.

Sounds like you're in Bronze, with those teammates. Hopefully you can climb out man. If you're not in Bronze, well, your teammates should be ashamed.

I'm Silver 4 as well, luckily I haven't run into those kinds of people, then again most people don't play bard.

I love me a good bard support and while I haven't played him I've seen enough to understand, out of all the games I've adc'd this season, I've only lost one with a bard support. <3

The only thing I haven't figured out is if his stationary heals can also heal enemies or if they even can see them?:o

enemies can see the heals (if they are in their vision range of course) and also: Bard can have up to 3 shrines active at once, which remain until visited by an ally champion or crushed by an enemy champion. enemies are not healed by them they just destroy them when they step on them.

Ok, good to know, thanks for the info. :)

Bard is a great champ, but his strengths as a support are very different then most. His heal is negligible (lustboy even lvl's it last) and its hard to tower dive off his ult if you're not positioned correctly. I, while being very bad at league, have found more success starting q on bard unless the jg has a terrible first clear and then I'll start w and leave him 3.
