[Champion Concept] Galorian, The Elemental Grandfather

Lore: The forest is getting more and more destroyed each day. Species are running from their homes. It must be time for him to come and use his power to save us all… “Look,” one explorer said. “I see it. This might be last clue we’re looking for,” the explorer’s partner explained. As they pushed on the carving in the mountain, a huge rumbling sound came from it, out came a ginormous gust of air. The Grandfather has finally been awakened. As Galorian looked around at his surroundings he got out of his sleeping area. ‘Who requires my power?” “Um…” “SPEAK!” “Help save the planet, a war is destroying this once mighty place.” With that Galorian was gone. This was his planet he controlled all of the elements, any who stood in his way to save this planet would face his wraith. Galorian has started his journey that might never end…
Moves:
Passive: “Stormy Night”- As Galorian attacks enemy minions or champions he builds stacks, once at max stats Galorian then summons a thunderstorm over any champions or minions that are ready for his power. Galorian may also activate an ability to add stacks, just thunderstorm would do less damage if he does so. Damage- 50% (+ 25% AP). Cooldown- 15 seconds.
Q: “Volcanic Rage”- Galorian splits a hole in a cone shape in front of him causing lava to poor out and cover the cone radius. This AoE stays there for six seconds, it deals damage over time and an initial damage to any enemies. If enemies are caught in the radius their movement speed is lowered. Damage- 85% (+ 45% AP). Movement Decrease- -25%. Cooldown- 17 seconds. Range- (150 units). Cost- 75 mana
W: “Sands Rise”- Galorian summons a mighty sand storm using his control over air. The sandstorm is an AoE that slowly damages enemies and causes them to get “thirsty” which lowers the regeneration of health and mana for enemies, also blinds the enemy. Increases ally movement speed. Damage- 25% (+ 35% AP). Regeneration Decreases- -15% (health) -25% (mana). Movement Speed buff- +35%. Cooldown- 12 seconds. Range- (500 units). Cost- 80 mana
E: “Forestation”- Galorian selects an area and super grows a forest. The forest stays in his chosen area for a minute. This heals his allies, cloaks them, and increases movement speed. This ability is “cloaked” to enemies kind of like wards. Only one forest at a time. Healing- 35% (+ 15% AP). Buff- +25% movement speed. Cooldown- 62 seconds. Range- (1000 units). Size- (350 units). Cost- 100 mana
R: “Tectonic Separation”- Galorian smashes his feet into the ground causing the area of his choosing to rise of the ground, he then choose another area of his choosing and throws the piece over there. Any enemies caught on top of the piece is stunned, then is damaged once it hits the ground, this may also cause damage to any enemy champion or minion that gets “smashed”. Smashed causes any enemy who gets the small island hit on top of them to get a movement speed decrease. This fully charges Galorians passive. Damage- 120% (+ 25% AP). Movement Speed Decrease- -35%. Cooldown- 130 seconds. Range- (750 units). Throw Part Range- (2750 units). Cost- 150 mana.
