Solus, Queen of Phoenix's

Name: Solus: Queen of Phoneix's Class: Mage

Lore: The first Phoenix every born was Solus. With her birth came the start of fire for the citizens of Pitover, Nexus, every living place, even Runeterra. Solus is not here on friendly terms but on terms to protect her children and empire from destruction. Runeterra is the key to keeping fire and heat in existence, and so Solus takes flight to the battlefield to reunite Runeterra.

Moves: Basic Hit (Human): Solus throws out a fire orb that deals damage. Basic Hit (Phoenix): Solus shoots a fire ball out of her mouth, dealing a small AoE affect.

Passive: Flames of Existence: Every time a minion dies or champion dies Solus can pick up a flame orb that will increase the effectiveness of her skills, increasing damage, and cc affects. A bar will appear as her passive, each minion adds 1; while champions add 5. Max: 100.

Ability 1 (Human): Flame Wave: Solus slams the ground causing fire to erupt, damaging enemies and knocking minions up. Bonus: If Solus has 25 Flames of Existence to use the range of the straight line effect is increased by 50 units and adds a burn affect. Ability 1 (Phoenix): Flight of the Phoenix: Solus dashes forward knocking minions aside, stunning the first enemy champion hit, and this deals damage. Bonus: If Solus has 25 Flames of Existence to use the dash leaves behind a trail that damages enemies over time and slows them as they walk through it.

Ability 2 (Human): Overheat: Solus sends out waves of fire from her in all directions damaging and burning all enemies affected. Bonus: If Solus has 25 Flames of Existence to use she sends an additional 3 waves out. Ability 2 (Phoenix): Queen's Command: Solus summons three Phoenix's to aide her they will automatically engage enemy champions, they begin with 100% of Solus's max HP. Bonus: If Solus has 25 Flames of Existence to use she summons five Phoenix's who each have 150% of Solus's max HP.

Ability 3 (Human): Flame Blade: Solus sweeps a blade of fire in a small cone damaging all enemies and lowering their movement speed by 30%. Bonus: If Solus has 25 Flames of Existence to use the damage is doubled and the movement speed is 45%. Ability 3 (Phoenix): Flaming Smash: Solus takes off into the air coming back down in an AoE affect damaging and knocking all enemies up, this goes up to 100 units. Bonus: If Solus has 25 Flames of Existence to use the range is increased to 200 units, and the damage is increased by 75%.

Ability 4: Phoenix/Human: Solus transforms between human and/or phoenix. She may remain in each form for as long as she wishes, however for each transformations there is a 4 second transformation sequence where she is vulnerable to be attacked. In between each transformation she has -15 magical resist and -10 armor, and is in one place.

Design: Solus would have long flowing red hair, with orange eyes (no pupils), dressed in black robes, and her skin color would be red. She would have a type of royalty look as well, after all she's a queen.

Voice: Soothing, calm voice as if she has all the time in the world and she'll have a patience kind of tone as well. Voice Lines: Ability 1 (Human): "I do not wish to do this but you leave me no choice." "The flames are mine to command, but I don't wish to use them on you." Ability 1 (Phoenix): "A dash of hope is what I try to be." "Speed is required, even if it is to your destruction." Ability 2 (Human): "You've done it now, back up please!" "Heat is both life and death, now you will feel my heat." Ability 2 (Phoenix): "Come my children the time is now." "Ah the life of a phoenix is one of extraordinary interest." Ability 3 (Human): "Flames aren't meant for destruction, I simply use them to protect life." "Feel the force of fire as it sweeps you away." Ability 3 (Phoenix): "Retreat before you can't." "You've made me desperate, I will do what I must to protect everyone!" Ability 4 (Human): "Everyone back away before someone gets hurt!" Ability 4 (Phoenix): "My time as fire incarnate is done... for now."
