[Champion Concept] Jolt, Faster than Time itself

Name- Jolt- Faster than Time itself Class- Assassin Secondary- Mage

Stats- Yet to be determined.

Lore- If Ekko could break time and use it as a weapon, then why can’t I run faster than it? Ekko is amazing as he fights, maybe one day I could be that good or better. With this in mind I kept practicing every day in order to please Ekko and surpass him with time and space. Finally after years of discipline and practice I understand that I can beat Ekko but I must be wary, for every time I run faster than time someone or something gets changed. How many times must I prove my worth to get the attention of Ekko? Perhaps joining the League will help me out substantially.

Moves:

Passive- “Faster than Time”- If Jolt dies his spirit will out run time and reset him back to full health and mana, and he will appear where he was 4 second before his death. This may only occur every 180 seconds.

Q- “Space-Time Strike”- Jolt moves so fast he skips forward then dashes through his opponent dealing damage, slowing the enemy, damaging the same enemy over time, and gives Jolt a shield. Damage- 110/120/130/140/150 (+ 25% AP). Damage Over-Time- 55/60/65/70/75 (+ 10% AP) for .5 seconds for 2 seconds. Movement Speed Decrease- -10% all levels. Shield- 15/20/25/30/35 (+ 35% AP). Cost- 75/80/85/90/95 mana. Cooldown- 15 seconds.

W- “Encircling Vortex”- Jolt creates a vortex breaking through space-time and then sends it forward, any enemy hit will be launched back 4 seconds in the past and stunned while being damaged. Damage- 120/130/140/150/160 (+ 35% AP). Stun- .5/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds. Cost- 65/70/75/80/85 mana. Cooldown- 18 seconds.

E- “Bend Physics”- Jolt vibrates his molecules in which he regenerates health and mana faster, and may phase through (walk through) walls for a short time. While this is happening any enemies he sees on screen will be decreased in activation time and movement speed, giving Jolt the advantage of attacking first or avoiding enemy attacks. This does not affect enemy ultimates. Health Regeneration- 35/40/45/50/55 (+ 40% AP). Mana Regeneration- 25/30/35/40/45 (+ 40% AP). Decreased Activation and Movement Speed- -25% for all levels. Cost- 100/105/110/115/120 mana. Cooldown- 30 seconds.

R- “Catch Me if You Can”- Jolt runs so fast that he hits a max of three enemy champions and stuns them, then he may reactivate the ability to dash in any direction and at this time he may go through walls. Damage- 250/350/450. Stun- 1.5/2/2.5 seconds. Cost- 150/200/250 mana. Cooldown- 150 seconds.

Yes this guy sounds a lot like Flash, but I thought if someone in League could break time then how about add someone who could go faster then it? Please don’t be too rude to me for “stealing” an idea from DC, I tried to change it up.

His kit is quite overloaded , if this ever becomes a champ he/she will either be perma banned or bashed into the floor with the nerf hammer.
