Unique Resource: Batteries- BB gains a Battery every 6 seconds, with 10 charges maximum

Innate: Charged Strikes- Basic attacks Ionize a unit (lasts 4 seconds), stacking up to 3 times.

Q: Discharge- Cost: 3 Batteries Cooldown: 4 seconds Range: 300 Casting Time: Instant

BB stuns all nearby enemies for 0.25/0.35/0.55/0.75/1 second and deals 80/100/120/150/170 (+20% AP) magic damage. Ionized enemies take 10/15/20/25/30 true damage per stack and all the stacks are consumed. OVERCHARGE: This ability's range is increased by 100/200/300

OVERCHARGE- SUSTAIN: BB's basic attacks heal +10/15/20 more health, and stacks heal an additional 2/3/5% AP per stack

PASSIVE: BB gains 5/6/8/9/10% health regeneration for each Battery he currently has and regenerates a Battery for every 12/11/10/9/8 stacks of Ionize consumed by his abilities. OVERCHARGE- PASSIVE: +5/7/10% bonus health regeneration for each Battery, and regenerates a Battery for every 8/6/4 stacks of Ionized consumed by his abilities

BB launches a Battery towards a target location, silencing and slowing (10/15/20/25/30%) in a small area (125) for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, after which they will remain on the ground for another 3 seconds. BB can pick the battery up by walking over it at any time, restoring one battery and gaining increased movement speed (10/15/20/25/30%) for 1.5 seconds. Enemies can also pick up the battery by walking over it while it is inert, earning 5 gold. The tossed Battery will attach to nearby (100/105/110/115/125) Ionized enemies (prioritizing champions) for 1 second per stack and deal 30 (+5% AP) magic damage per stack during this ability's active phase, consuming them in the process. OVERCHARGE: +25 area/+10% slow/+1 second active duration

BB stands still and extends a spike into the sky, calling down a bolt of lightning on himself, dealing 100/150/200 (+40% AP) magic damage in an area, knocking back nearby enemies, restoring 3/4/5 Batteries, and Overcharging his abilities for the next 4/6/8 seconds.

APPEARANCE: A mechanical panther-wolf with a long, segmented tail. Main colors are copper, silver, and dark steel-gray. A spike is visible from within its mouth. Two rows of five batteries run down its back that occasionally spark and crackle with electricity.

**Anims: ** Battery Toss- BB grabs a battery with his tail and flings it towards the target area.

Lightningrod- BB sits down and howls, extending the spike inside his mouth into the sky.

Dance- BB gets up on his hind legs and hops around in a circle.

LORE:

Rumors tell of mechanical beasts that stalk the roofs of Zaun during storms. They would find high areas where they can easily be hidden, then extend a rod from their bodies to call down lightning. Those who believe in these rumors often speculate what they use the lightning for. Is it sustenance? Are they harvesting it? And if so, what for, or for whom?

The only truly confirmed sighting of these beasts is that of the "Stormwolf", who was reported to have been encountered by multiple eyewitnesses several times during one of Zaun's biggest lightning storms.
