What if Blitzcrank had a Jinx-like Q?

Wouldn't work. Jinx's Q toggles her Auto Attack, not her Q. You'd want Blitzcrank's Q button to Grab as well as toggle which Grab settings.

You could maybe go full rework and have his Ult toggle between "Friendly targeting" effects (Q grabs friends, W speeds up allies, E "poppy ults" allies straight up (making them invulnerable)) and "Enemy targeting" effects (Q grabs enemies, W slows down enemies, E does what it currently does), and each activation of R does the shock wave.

Granted, that's a CertainlyT level of powercreep in Blitz's kit, but you get the idea: you'd need another ability to toggle between friendly and foe selection.
