[Champion Concept] Ion; The BladeDancer

Lore: As a boy, Ion was always fascinated with knives and daggers. As he got older, he realized that blades could be used for much more than simply butchering animals that he hunted. He began obsessing over being a master of the blade.One day he packed his bag, grabbed his favorite dagger and left his home on the search for a teacher to teach him how to master his blade. After days of searching, he found a bladesman in the mountains by the name of Yi. Master Yi taught him how to use his blade, but Ion felt that he was lacking something. And after months of training with Master Yi, he left and went in search of a blacksmith to make him a blade like no other. After spending nearly 2 years searching for the person to forge the perfect blade, he achieved his goal. It took 3 weeks to forge and once it was done, Ion knew it was what he wanted. The dagger flowed with energy harvested from lightning. The blacksmith made Ion promise one thing; That he would only use the blade for the good of the people.

Abilities.

Passive - The Blades Dance: When an enemy champion or neutral monster is slain, Ion gains a (+30) movement speed boost for 2 seconds

Q - Lightning Strike: Ion thrusts his blade forward, sending a bolt of lightning out in front of him dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+65%AD) damage.

W - Shade Step: Ion dashes 150 units in direction of cursor.

E - Blink Attack: Ion blinks to target dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+45%AD) damage. (1 sec cool down, costs more mana each cast, mana cost resets after 5 seconds of not using Blink Attack)

R - Arc Blade: Ion super charges his blade for 10, 15,20 seconds (increasing at levels 6,11,16) gaining +50 movement speed, +50 attack damage and press R to blink to target champion or neutral monster within 150 units. (Blink has 0.5 sec cooldown)

suggestion for damage numbers: since he's a mobile assassin with some range, and an emphasis on autos, I'm suggesting slightly lower than normal assassin numbers.

Q: something like 60/75/90/105/120 (+70% bonus AD) E: about 60/70/80/90/100 (+45% bonus AD)

And either no mana costs, or low mana costs for spammability. And decently low cooldowns. For the same reason.

Like it but the q doesnt make sense lightning wouldnt go through the ground. Maybe through the air would be better. This is just being picky though
