Seriously, people will not buy a whooping 1820 RP just to have a different voiceover when his Battlecast skin does way more at the same price.
Release timeframe. Riot rarely changes skin prices they are more likely to just legacy it
They'll most likely plan to update the skin to the current legendary standards once they update cho'gaths visuals as a whole. Thus there wouldn't be much use in reducing its price if it had to rise later on and adding new stuff to the skin now wouldn't make sense either,since this new stuff would most likely become moot once cho gets a vu.

I actually might. Kind of wish Gentlemen Gnar were 1350 RP or 1820 RP though, preferably with a new voiceover.
