Dragonslayer Jarvan IV's lance looks so small
Seriously Riot, it looks like an ordinary sword, not like A PROUD PRINCE'S LANCE CARRYING THE PRIDE OF DEMACIAAAAAAAAAA.

It's still the same.... his arm is just tilted outward.
Pretty sure this is just a perspective illusion. The lance in the second image is more "head on" like if you were staring down the point of a pencil. It makes it more difficult to judge its actual length.
It is just a different angle. It is the same length.
