Can we remove Teemo's blind delay please?

I noticed that with Teemo, when you blind an enemy, it has a little delay where the blind isn't applied yet and still can hurt you with autoattacks. I almost died many times because of this and it's kinda inappropriate...

Can we just apply the blind on the enemy at the moment of impact and not after a few seconds please? Thank you! :)

its projectile its the only way the blind makes sense how else do you think he would blind them it's a flying dart with your suggested change might as well make the ability melee range and call it blinding dagger

Pretty sure it's intentional so melee champions have a chance at fighting back in lane.

It's because blind for whatever reason doesn't affect attacks that are already in progress so if they started an attack animation before the blind hits them then that attack will be unaffected until the next one.

Bump for Teemo

It's kinda unfair that his only on-demand CC is bugged :/ Every other CC of the game is applied as soon as the projectile/attack/spell landed, but not Teemo's...

And about that "melees cant fight back hurr", ok, ryze literally snares you from 600+ range and melees can't do so much about it. Teemo is only a blind, so they still can cast spells and gap-close to him (Pantheon, Jayce, Jax etc.)
