@Riot, When will you reduce Garen's ultimate cooldown?

Garen has a 400 range magic damage execute scaling onky with its target's missing health...

How about changing it to 140/120/100 (the pre-nerf value)? It still has a high cooldown considering that Garen is resourceless, but at least it isn't as high as some GLOBAL ultimates.
