Base Stat Changes: Mov. Speed: 340 > 300 ಠ_ಠ you will thank me later balancing mana costs is very tricky on kassadin. it's a big part of power budget, so i'll get to rebalancing as necessary it can be assumed he still has his mana stacking on his Q.
Q - Riftwalk: Kassadin teleports to a nearby location, dealing damage to enemy units within 150 range on arrival. Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 DAMAGE: 80/100/120 RANGE: 400/475/550/625/700
W - Force Pulse: Kassadin erupts in a tempest of energy, gaining a shield and dealing damage over time to units within 300 units as long as the shield persists. While the shield persists, Kassadin has 30% reduced movement speed and nearby skillshots will weakly home in on Kassadin. Using the ability again cancels the shield. SHIELD: 70/100/130/160/190 + (60% AP) DAMAGE PER SECOND: 30/45/60/75/90 COOLDOWN: 22/20/18/16/14
E - Nether Blade: Kassadin's next autoattack deals bonus magic damage. When Kassadin casts Riftwalk, his next Nether Blade will be more powerful. This stacks up to 3 times. Cooldown: 5/4/3/2/1 DAMAGE: 25/40/55/70/85 + (25% of AP) BONUS DAMAGE PER RIFTWALK: 15/25/35/45/55 (+15% of AP) + 2% maximum mana MAX DAMAGE: 70/115/160/205/250 + (70% AP) + 6% maximum mana
R - Null Sphere: Kassadin stops and channels for 3 seconds. If Kassadin finishes the channel, he fires a giant, fast-moving orb to a location that explodes upon touching a champion, dealing damage in a gigantic AoE. (NOTE: Kassadin will not face the direction he fires the orb in. he will face the screen while channeling. You have to guess which way he's firing it in.) DAMAGE: 450/650/850 + (100% of AP) ORB SIZE: 250/375/500 AOE SIZE (UPON EXPLOSION): 500/750/1000 RANGE: 1200
