At level 8 and 16, Kiya can unlock more of her power by upgrading or picking either of the following at each level (only two powers at 18). Levitational Movement: She will get a flying animation and also gains an increase of 20 movement speed. Endless Power: She will get an increase of health or AP and also she will have purple orbs orbiting around her. Based on number of kills and assist. Max of 15 with 5 orbs in total. She loses half of her orbs upon dying. Every kill/assist gains for -Health: 30 -AP: 2 Hindsight: Kiya's eyes glow a fluorescent purple and allows her to see an extra range in the fogs of war. 20-30 extra range for sight on the map.
Q: Blink-Kiya casts two teleporting rifts in the ground at different locations. The first cast range of the rift is 300 range and the second cast is at 650 range. Kiya and her allies can walk into either of the rifts and teleport to the opposite rift. Once a champion goes through they cannot return through for 3 seconds. Also, enemies can travel through the rift, but upon taking the travel they will be slowed by 25% and will take 60/70/80/90/100 (+25% Ap) magic damage. The rift lasts a total of 6 seconds.
Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana
W: Arcane Power-Kiya summons her power into her hands allowing then to shoot out a blast out of both her hands. She can charge up the ability with a max of 4 second charge. The first cast will start at 65/95/115/135/155 and goes up to 95/115/135/155/175 (+65% Ap) on the second cast. If you use the the ability early or between each cast it will be measured the amount of percentage it is. Kinda of like Varus Q, but you click the button for it to start charging then click it again to shoot out the projectile.
