Riot could we have some legacy skins on sale during the Bilgewater event ?

Many legacy skins are on Water themed/ Bilgewater themed. Scuba Gragas, Coral Reef Malphite , Bilgerat Rumble, Sailor Gp, Deep one Kassa and I am sure I missed some. PLS Riot , could these and any other skins return to the shop during the event ?
