Julianos (The Genius of Zaun) [Champion Concept]
**Description: **Julianos is a ranged mage champion that relies on his DPS. He is strong in lane due to his minion control and poke, but can be easily assaulted by champions with instant / quick speed. In the early game he is very strong, since he can usually control the lane and get a lot of CS. In the mid game you need to be careful with your abilities, time them out in a way where you know you can deal the most damage [Combo: Q, E, Q, W, R {This combo will put down a pike dealing the initial damage and applying slow, then E to cause the short stun but also apply more slow from the Q, W to increase damage, Q to increase slow amount and DPS, then R to finish him off}].

**Passive: (Cyber Speed): ** Whenever Julianos casts a spell he gains a Cyber stack, up to 3. Once at full stacks his next spell grants him 40/50/60/70/80% [at levels 1/6/11/16/18] movement speed degenerating over 2 seconds. If EMP is cast, the movement speed is applied after the invulnerability. . . Ability 1: (Static Pike): Julianos throws a static pike at a target location dealing 15/30/45/60/75(+35% AP) magic damage to all units hit. The pike then remains at the location for 8 seconds dealing 0.5% of a unit’s current health plus 4/6/8/10/12(+4.25% AP) magic damage every 0.25 seconds to all nearby enemy units. This switches to missing health once the target’s is below 50%. It also applies a stacking slow which reduces the unit’s movement speed by 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5% for 1 second, up to 80%.
This spell deals 60% damage to minions.

Ability 2: (Static Charge):
Active: [This ability can only be activated while there are at least two Static Pikes set] Julianos creates a static charge between all Static Pike’s placed dealing 70/110/150/190/230(+75% AP) magic damage to all units hit. Additionally the Static Pike’s deal 125% damage for the rest of their duration. Each additional Static Charge which hits a unit deals 50% less damage.[The static charge starts and ends in the order the pikes were placed]

**Ability 3: (Bouncing Zap): **
Passive: After not taking champion damage for 5 seconds, Julianos gains a shield that absorbs up to 15/30/45/60/75(+25% AP) damage. This shield increases by 3/5/7/9/11(+6% AP) every second, up to a total of 100/150/200/250/300(+65% AP). Once dealt champion damage the shield stops increasing and depletes by 10% until it reaches 0. This passive goes on a 3 second cooldown once the shield is destroyed.

Active: Julianos sends out a spark in a target direction that deals 1.25%(+0.25% per 20 AP) of a unit’s max health plus 35/50/65/80/95(+25% AP) magic damage to the first unit hit. It then infinitely bounces every 0.5 seconds dealing the same damage to nearby enemy units or until none are within range [the bounce prioritizes units not already hit]. Each unit hit restores 3/4/5/6/7(+1 per 20 AP) of Julianos’s mana. Units that are being hit from Static Pike and are hit by the spark are stunned for 0.35 this can occur once every 2.5 seconds.

Ability 4: (EMP):
Active: Julianos cannot move or cast spells creating an electric barrier that encircles around him reducing damage taken by 50% for 1.5 seconds. He then casts a shockwave which travels the entire map dealing 175/275/375(+65% AP) magic damage to each enemy unit hit and silencing them for 0.5 to 2.5 seconds. The silence duration increases the further the unit is [+0.5 seconds per 750 units]. This deals 55% damage to minions and monsters.
