NEW TFT Class - [Engineer] - 7 New Champions and Combinations.

#Concept

Engineers function is to basically continue to use their abilities at a reasonable rate (more than the typical champion in TFT) and with the benefit of not having to attack or take damage to cast them (meaning they are better used in the backline). Engineers produce their mana similar to cogs in a machine, a never ending flow of circuitry. Since some of these champions will be casting their abilities more often I provided some benefits the more they're cast (like placing down Heimerdingers 3rd turret) while other champions will need to benefit from having more Engineers since their mana cast is high (like Lux's shield).

In total there are 7 new champions, with (6) needed for the full upgrade, but many of them are relatively expensive to get, so pulling off a full engineer combo will be pretty tough.

#New Class: Engineer

Engineer Passive: (1) All engineers restore 3 Mana every second (3) All engineers restore 6 Mana every second (6) All engineers restore 10 Mana every second

#Closing Thoughts

In closing, if you think something is off or imbalanced let me know below (Or if you like the concepts, definitely lemme know :D )! I find these sorts of things very fun to make and with TFT being so fresh there's endless possibilities for the game, but also many avenues to learn and build upon.

I like the idea, even if I think that Lux has no business being in this list.

Lux just doesn’t fit at all

Corki should be higher tier and be engineer/yordle/gunslinger

Viktor and Jayce can’t be imperial/noble because they don’t come from noxus/Demacian

ofc, lux gets her broken shield as her attack.... first off she doesnt belong in engineer. second off, her shield is already painfully stupid in norms, lets not bring it to tft

Lux isn't an engineer. Noble sorcerer. It's painfully obvious.

If you want an engineer sorcerer, consider Singed.

Engineer would seem to be more of an Origin in my opinion, but kind of a weird inbetween at the same time.

For Engineer/Sorcerer I would choose Viktor = 4g Engineer/Robot/Guardian Orianna = 5g Engineer/Ranger Ezreal = 3g Engineer/Gunslinger Jinx = 3g Engineer/Brawler DrMundo = 1g Engineer/Knight Vi = 3g Engineer/Blademaster Camille = 2g Engineer/Shapeshifter Jayce = 2g Engineer/Yordle Heimerdinger or Ziggs = 4g Engineer/Assassin Ekko = 4g Engineer[Phantom?]/Elementalist Janna = 3g

Something closer to that effect. Limiting Engineer to Piltover/Zaun champs.

A few problems.

  1. Make up your mind as to whether this is an Origin or a Class. If it's an Origin, it doesn't work because Heimerdinger, Viktor, and Jayce already have an Origin. If it's a Class, it doesn't work on Lux, Ekko, or Corki since they already have classes.
  2. The class bonus isn't very strong. To differentiate between Engineers and Sorcerers, it should work all units after a certain stage.
  3. Lux is an overpowered unit. Sure her spell costs 225 mana, but she has the mana bonuses from Engineer and from Sorcerer. Put a Shojin or a Tear on her and she makes her team far too difficult to kill.
  4. This is a League of Legends board, please post TFT things on the TFT board.
