Zilean Rework Concept (For fun!)

I recently hit M7 Zilean and while I don't want him to be changed, I just like coming up with new reworks for champions. Especially this clocc boi.

I focused on making him more of a support because I know a lot of people dislike fighting him and I personally like him more as a support.

Passive - Time in a Bottle (new)

Zilean stores experience throughout the course of the game. Zilean can impart this experience onto allies to level them up, receiving the same experience. (unchanged)

Additionally, Zilean gains X amount of increased experience, and Zilean's total imparted experience permanently increases Time Bomb's damage and recharge rate. (new)

Q - Time Bomb (new)

Zilean throws a time bomb at a target area. After 1.5 seconds, the bomb will detonate, dealing damage. Prioritizes champions with bombs already on them. Placing two bombs on an enemy champion will stun them. (unchanged)

Zilean stores a new bomb every X seconds, reduced with experience shared from 'Time in a Bottle'. (new)

W - Rewind (new)

Zilean marks a target area, slowing enemies in it by 20% for the duration. At the end of the duration, allies in the area will have their basic ability cooldowns reduced by 5 seconds and enemies will have 7.5 seconds added on to their on-cooldown abilities.

E - A Watched Clock Never Ticks (new)

Zilean places a time rune on an enemy champion, marking their initial position. At the end of the rune's duration, any movement based effects (such as dashes, blinks, teleports, etc.) will be reverted, pulling the enemy champion back towards the original location.

R - Chronoshift (unchanged, but ideally nerfed slightly to compensate for his new abilities)

Zilean places a time rune on himself or an allied champion. Upon taking lethal damage, the target is resurrected, restoring X amount of health.

thats really interesting, actually! alternatively you could make it a pseudo-grounded effect or something; like "will return them to the marked location IF they try to activate any movement spells" or something like that

I don't think the w should apply to enemy ultimates tho, only the q, w, and e abilities.
