you no longer have a trinket, instead you have a summoners totem as your trinket and cannot change it
place a summoners totem on the ground, when this totem dies it activates a 315 -15 seconds per level (300 second CD at lvl 1)
Summoners Totem is visible with 4 ward health in a target location (think control ward, regenerates hp out of combat)
when you reactivate your totem (which is in trinket spot) while in the shop you will teleport to your summoners totem (cant kill the totem while it is being tp to just like a ward) and killing it, activating the CD.
you can replace the totem at any time as long as it is not on CD, unless the summoners totem is under 4/4 hp or your in shop (because then it teleports you to it instead)
this effectively gives you a from base tp that has counter play and costs vision control to have
just an idea i came up with, since inspiration is the utility keystones i thought this would be a good idea for one that has counter balances for the 'extra' tp, like its got counter play to kill the ward, it has conditions for the tp to be used (in fountain), a cost of vision, and its a play style choice; more vision or more personal presence.
this could be used to let a support (again at the cost of vision) gank top or mid after backing, or back, and quickly be back in the action, allowing more aggressive supporting because the support (or any laner) knows they effectively have a tp to come back to lane, after taking unfavorable trades to lower the enemys hp
i know this sounds like a strong keystone but keep in mind its utility based (inspiration), costs vision (and using a different keystone), has counter play, and has a condition for the tp.
