Portals

What if there was a champ that used portals. Not like Magical Journey but an instantaneous portal like from the video game. Which video game? Portals, duh.

Here's the kicker: The portals work on abilities. And not just your teammates abilities, but the opponents too. This would require strategically setting up BOTH of your portals and predicting the trajectory of an ability to use it against an enemy.

For instance, you could have one portal chillin' relaxin' and maxin' all cool, and when the enemy shoots a Q at you, you quickly put up your second portal in front of you and watch it go through your first portal (continuing same trajectory) and damage he who sent it. To balance this, if an allies ability goes through your portals, it would have to do damage to your allies as well. OR if you're quick enough to set up both portals upon predicting an enemy ability, instead of just leaving one portal up because it would be super easy for enemies to just avoid it, you could do that too! But I'm a bronzie so I'll throw that one in my dream box along with insec & flash-tibbers pentakill.
