Anthrin: The Shade

A sneaky tactician who takes whatever role he wants, Anthrin brings an ongoing sense of dread to the enemy team.

Use

Passive: Lie in Wait While he is not visible to the enemy team, if Anthrin stands still, he gains anticipation stacks, 1 per second, up to 15. If he moves, stacks fall off after 6 seconds. Upon entering combat, he expends all stacks, and all nearby allies deal 0.5/1/1.5% additional damage for 4 seconds. If an ally is stealthed or hidden while near Anthrin, THEY will gain anticipation stacks. If multiple instances of Lie in Wait are popped at once, it will refresh the effect (so that a 5 man stealth comp wont be hella op with him)

Q: Feign 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 second cd Sends a shadow to hover over a target area for 1 second. Anthin may either let the shadow be, causing it to strike the ground below, or direct it to a nearby area, where it then strikes. The Shadow deals 70/90/110/130/150(+.8ad) magical damage to all units struck and fears them for 1 second.

W: Cloak and Dagger 17/16/15/14/13 second cd Passive: Every 10 seconds, Anthrins next basic attack will crit. Whenever he crits in this way, the first basic attack of all nearby allied champions will also crit. Active: Anthrin Dashes in a target direction, becoming stealthed and readying the passive portion of Cloak and Dagger.

E: Elimination 30/28/26/24/22 second cd Anthrin marks a targeted champion. For the next 10 seconds, all allied champions gain 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% increased damage while attacking the marked champion and gain 20/30/40/50/60% movespeed while moving either in the same direction as Anthrin or Towards him.

R: Impending Doom 180/150/120 second cd Anthrin equips his cloak to a target ally for 15 seconds. This ally is Stealthed while they have the cloak on, gains 30/60/90 armor and magic resist, and their next basic attack reduces the sight range of its target drastically. This basic attack also discards the cloak, removing the armor/MR buff and stealth, as well as returning the cloak to Anthrin. While they have the cloak, the active of Cloak and dagger does not stealth Anthrin.
