people have been doing this since cinderhulk release, its better with skirmishers saber and you can also run smite and counterjungle

Vlad jungle was the one thing I could not pull off in the jungle. Maybe now with the AoE smite it may be possible.

I tried this top lane when cinderhulk was released, its good, but not as good as it should be (at least when I did it). the cinderhulk was giving him the extra hp from his passive, but his passive was not recognizing cinderhulks bonus hp for vlads AP bonus purposes
