for real , just think : i main Jayce-teemo and gragas . (and i play a lot of sejuani ) why i am not able to have a super cool skin? and champions like sona do? that's not "fair" for the other mains ..
Chaosedge2 votesThe thing with that is, you'd have to see an Ultimate Skin as that character's ultimate evolution. Ex. DJ Sona, who had evolved her music tastes to Dubstep. Lux advanced to Elemental Mastery, Udyr able to become part animal through his mastery of stances, and Ezreal achieving the finest technology. You have to keep their theme, and amp it up to godly levels. That's why Ultimate/Legendary skins are very hard to make.

Deep Terror Nami3 votesHe didn't even mention the ridiculous amount of resources and time that goes into making an Ultimate vs. the average 975 or 1350 RP tier. Even if Riot could pump out DJ Sona quality skins fast enough to have one for every champion in the next year or so they still wouldn't do it; players can't afford that so most simply wouldn't have many sells.
Jabbabax1 votesIt does take a lot of work, people, and money to make a skin like that.. Visual design, sound design, new voiceovers, etc... But riot puts a lot of money into videos and shit that hypes these skins up... But they don't have to do that, that's just for marketing purposes. So if Riot focused more on making the skins than marketing them, they could probably make a new ultimate skin every 3-5 weeks. But let's face it, that would make them a lot less epic. Their uniqueness alone makes them much more valuable.
