for real , just think : i main Jayce-teemo and gragas . (and i play a lot of sejuani ) why i am not able to have a super cool skin? and champions like sona do? that's not "fair" for the other mains ..
The thing with that is, you'd have to see an Ultimate Skin as that character's ultimate evolution. Ex. DJ Sona, who had evolved her music tastes to Dubstep. Lux advanced to Elemental Mastery, Udyr able to become part animal through his mastery of stances, and Ezreal achieving the finest technology. You have to keep their theme, and amp it up to godly levels. That's why Ultimate/Legendary skins are very hard to make.
