Animated Loading Screen Splashes?

I think this would be a really cool idea. Say, you win 300 games in ranked with your favorite champion (See Hearthstone), so now, that champion's base splash is animated for you on the loading screen. I think this would be a very cool reward for showing dedication to your main champion. Or, RIOT could just start making ultimate skins contain a moving splash art on the loading screen (See Spirit Guard Udyr and Pulsefire Ezreal). They already have an animated pic in the store, so why not on the load screen also? What do you guys think of this?
