#Upon a pale horse he rides, the sound of death echo throughout the night. Bearing upon itself, the crest of death, the way of the dead, he who executes the living, this master of Life, this Pale Rider. And in countless moons, the bells of agony toll the towns, escape, but an effort to waste. Throughout his presence, a living hell he carries with him, and along countless souls he imprisons. Behold the nightmare, the ender of lives, the torturer of souls, the judge of suffering, and the grim reaper.

If he damages an enemy champion through an attack or an ability, he also gains 10 soul fragments. If he instead kills an epic monster or a champion, he will gain 40 soul fragments. Once Valar reaches 200 soul fragments, he begins to slowly transform to his Reaper Form.

Reaper Form: Valar gains 40-80 bonus AD damage, 300-400 health, and 10% bonus movement. During the effect, Valar is deprived from gaining more soul fragments and will deplete 10 of his fragments per second, once he has no more, the effect ends.

During which, the target is dealt 3/5/7/9/11 % of their health as magic damage [Increased by 1% per 100 AD] (Damage per second). The debuff is deactivated once the target is either healed, shielded, or when the target is below 10% health. However, the duration is extended by a second if the target uses an ability. This ability is amplified if the target's soul is present.

##Cooldown: 12/12/11/11/10 seconds ##Range: 900

The victim will glow blue, and will continue to do so for 3 seconds. If the victim is not within 400 range of Valar, the soul disappears. Additionally, Valar can reactivate this ability to transport himself and the victim to another area that is within 600 range.

##Cooldown: 8 seconds in all ranks

When activated, Valar's next attack will cause him to blink at his selected target, and deal 60/80/100/120/140 (+ 40% bonus AD). ##Cooldown: 7 seconds in all ranks

Afterwards, Valar's horse appears beneath him and mounts him. During which, Valar's attack range is increased by 30/40/50 and will deal additional damage equal to 6/8/10 % of the target's HP as Physical Damage, he is attacking. Valar will also gain 30% bonus movement speed. The effect lasts for 35 [Increased by one second per 200 AD].

Tank Valar. 6 Warmogs = 4800 HP 4800+2038=6836x1.045=7143.62x0.3= 2143.086 This is if Valar just happens to have +0.045% Max Hp runes. If Valar is jungle and has Cinder hulk he'd be doing around 2500 damage, IN ONE SHOT. This is without the fact that it also scales with total AD. This dude would be really really strong if not unbalanced, people might build him AD but if they see just how ridiculous he is when he goes full HP, He'd get nerfed to shit. Like imagine this, He uses this on the ADC, curses them, then his reaper form procs his E to do +714 damage. An estimate of the max amount of damage he can do with one shot by building FULL HP is 2825 Damage in one shot. He'd be really weak early-game, but then late-game he'd go around playing a game of "Who do I want to one shot?" So lets recap. He can do 2825 Damage in one shot, have 7500 HP, He has a 1/2 chance to blink at people and a 60% chance to dodge attacks.

Atleast hes more balanced then Yasou?

An interesting concept. Mounted units are always something I really enjoy, so I’m glad to see someone working for a rider thematic. I do have a few questions and comments concerning the kit, though.

Q: The wording is unclear to me. Do they take 11% per second, or is it 11% over the course of five seconds? If it’s the latter, then it’s weird in how they want to cast their abilities in order to make the proc take longer to drain them. Is it based off max hp or current hp? If its max hp with 11% max hp per second then that is extremely strong. If its max hp with 11% spread out over 5-6 seconds then it’s decently strong in certain lane phases but weak in team fights.

W: The damage seems really huge. With numbers like that you can basically build tanky, walk into a fight, and almost instagib the enemy adc. Even as a move all to its own, this would be powerful. But you can also pretty safely teleport them into the middle of your team to make sure they have zero hope of survival. There’s also the Soul Punch mechanic, which is cool but I’m not sure what it does. Is it just a collectable soul for his passive? When Q says he curses a soul does it mean he can only cast it on a detached soul?

In addition, due to the way a lot of his kit scales off of hp rather than AD, there’s no reason to not just build a ton of HP on Valar, making this nuke even more powerful.

E: This move is my least favorite part of the kit. RNG in this kind of game is, by nature, annoying in its unreliability. As Valar, if you want to teleport you’ll just end up targetting and untargetting the enemy over and over until you roll the right number, which is frustrating to the player. On the side of Valar’s enemy, there are going to be instances where he’s lucky enough and absolutely every move you have misses him, screwing you over not because the Valar player was more skilled, but because he rolled dice well. That’s not fun to play against. This is without factoring in the passive giving him three seconds of free warping and invulnerability while he’s hulking out on souls, in which case the move becomes extremely overpowered. Of the entire kit, this is the only move I feel should just be replaced. Maybe you could separate the teleport from W and tweak it into its own move in the E slot?

R: Probably my favorite idea in the kit. Jumping onto a horse and becoming really strong is a very cool idea. Similar to the Q, I’m not sure if you’re intending for this to scale off of current HP or max hp. If it’s max HP then this is probably a bit too strong. The ability to chase down and kill any hero in the game regardless of build or class in less than 8 auto-attacks is really, really powerful, especially for its duration and relatively short cool-down.

The champion idea is cool, but some descriptions arn't very clear. In addition, some moves seem to be too strong or do too much.

Very cool idea, but get rid of the percent health on everything, Percent health is very, very hard to balance.

That is probably the only thing overloaded on his kid.

Just make everything flat AD scaling.

Passive is too similar to Gnars

Q is too situational and should require YOU to activate and extend the duration.

The entire kit should be built around splitting their soul from their body in a different way from Illaoi. More direct interaction.

Passive evasion never exists in League anymore. If you want that go to Dota where they have items to counter it.

I honestly think the ult should be based around spiriting away their soul. Thresh likes to call himself a soul stealer but he doesn't really do that.

ok needs some work but fun concept. P:no problems here Q: need to either be a skillshot or make the damage way lower if you want to keep point and click. W: first part i'm fine with but the forced relocation on opponents is really strong. E:they removed dodge chance for a reason. i'd recommend scrapping this ability and trying over. R: does the cd begin at the beginning or end of the ability? damage is also too hi on this ability.
