Lore

_They try to hide from me, but they know little of me. I sense blood, I can't stop the urge of laughing at them. The sound of wind comes, as I prepare to strike from behind. Their screams, I muffle, and finally the last one, a hooded figure, neither showing signs of fear nor any means of trying to escape... As I get closer, the hooded figure, reveals herself "Avarinia" "Lowery..." As we greet each other awkwardly, my other self, my other side takes place, as I slash her body, ripping her limbs apart. "Ahh, the sweet, sweet scent of blood" "What did you do!" "Me? I am you, you are me. You don't exist without me...." "I DON'T CARE, I'LL PURIFY MYSELF" "With what? Water? I doubt anyone would like to do that to you... Retaliating against your own self is futile, I will replace you, destroy your kindness. HAHAHAHAHA" I can't stop it, ever since I finished practicing the art of swordsmanship, I've been deemed a prodigy, perhaps a threat too, when our organization was whittled down by the Black Rose, I became somehow immune to their spells. As I fended off the crooks and witches they had to offer me. Leblonc, Leblanc, they call her that, yes, yes. She whispered something to me, and now I'm working under them, my task right now, kill three major generals of the Demacians. _

Passive: Blood Red Sword - Auto-attacks deal 10% additional damage, up to a cap of 60%. After reaching 6 stacks, her sword turns red, dealing 45 (3 x lvl)(100% AP)(+45% AD) magic damage for 5 seconds. Immobilizing effects are 30% more effective during which. Q: Painful Dawn -

CD: 14/12/10/8/6 Cost: 5% health

Lowery gains 20% decaying movement speed for 2 seconds. After which, she dashes to the direction she is facing. Dealing 80/105/140/165/200 (+70% AP). W: Growing Corruption -

CD: 20/17/15/14/12 Cost: 8.7% health

Lowery channels for three seconds, forming a growing tree at the targeted area. Nearby enemies near the channeled area are slowed and have the damage they take, amplified by 10%. Reactivating this ability will cause you to teleport at the area, dealing 100/120/140/160/180 (+50% AP)

**E: Weapon Switch ** CD: 5/4/3/2/1 No cost

Lowery switches weapons. Using her gun allows her to deal 150% more damage and 30% more AS but she cannot use any of her abilities, except her E. Switching back to her sword strengthens her next basic attack to deal 20% lifesteal and deal 80/100/130/170/210 additional damage.

R: Deadly Rose

CD: 50/40/30 Cost: 10% HP

Lowery marks a target. The mark lasts for 15 seconds, amplifying your damage against them by 25%, if they are hit by a skill the mark is activated, causing a red rose to bloom, and deal an additional 40% of the target's current health.

Hey, just gonna look over the kit for a second and give comments on it :3 Passive: Maybe a bit too much damage on this one passive, don't you think? 160% damage on each attack after attacking for a few seconds seem broken. I hope it resets when you change target and even then the damage builds way too high. Ontop of that, a 100% AP scaling is huge and on a passive it's ludicrous. Q: Seems okay, just seems a little weird to throw it after running for two seconds. W: The long channel indicates that the tree will stay for a long time, though the teleport and cooldown indicates something else. I'm not sure exactly how the spell will work. What I can understand seems okay though. E: Once again, I'm unsure if the damage is reasonable. A 150% increase in damage is way too strong and there being more attack speed and attack range just makes it even more crazy. The 'silence' isn't really a downside when you 'crit' on every attack, dealing up to 310% damage per attack, plus you can still crit. The hit with the sword afterwards if a fun addition, but that too deals too much damage considering its 1 second cooldown. R: The duration is way too long on this one. 25% increased damage is a lot. It basically removes an item from a tank when it comes to stats. The damage upon getting hit from a spell actually isn't that bad, as long as the mark can only be activated once and it isn't true damage. Overall: I don't understand the theme of nature/plants, but aside from that, you only really have problems with your numbers. The skills in and of themself don't seem to have many problems aside from damage.

This champion has a weak identity and would not make a good assassin. First off her primary source of dmg is AAs which screams fighter. Second that tree thing has little to do with assassinating let alone her theme. Her R is non interactive and boring kinda like trundle just press R and try to take them out in the duration. Her Q and E is nice although I'd like the E to be more like a last stand feel and be something like... Switches to gun gains range and atkspeed and deals more dmg the lower hp she is and each shot gives a quickly decaying shield for like 50% of the dmg dealt. A champion that would rely on AAs so much just feels right standing there and AA to survive while the odds don't look good. Numbers can be tuned, but yours are insanely high. People would just go full tank and wipe the floor with everyone. Also the HP cost is weird make it energy.
