Malum, the Archfiend of Damnation
Greetings! I am here to provide you all with another champion concept of mine. All opinions, and in-depth analyses are highly appreciated!

Of all evils that spire throughout Runeterra, one may never deny the abode of a greater evil. Malum is a force feared throughout the world, only through the darkest of magics he uses, and only sorcery of the most supreme light may stop him. One may say that through death would be a greater fate than being tortured eternally by a foul demon. When played, Malum serves as a fearsome mage that can rattle his enemies to the bone, or preferrably, their HP.

ABILITIES
Passive: Will of Deceit http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/77/77966-778cac810d215c109161d343ad40801f.jpg After striking an enemy champion, they will be marked with Festering Evil for 4 seconds. Attacking them again and lowering their HP by 10% within those seconds, will trigger the mark, causing that targeted enemy champion to miss its next attack or non-ultimate ability and also redirect it to a nearby ally. This ability cannot be inflicted to the same enemy again for 8 seconds.
Q: Incantations of Perdition http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/71/71580-2096bf04b942a36f4dd3e324b6331034.jpg Malum prepares a spell for 1.5 seconds (He is able to move freely while preparing the spell. It is also seen as glowing auras on his hands.),after which he releases it causing damage in a diagonal form, similar to Aatrox's blades of torment. Once at maximum range it stuns any enemy there. Deals [50/100/150/200/250]+ 20/30/40/50/60% of AP.
W: Martyr's Plight http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/84/84445-c6c5ed67dc568b2cd5a2d1771f768b1c.jpg Malum tortures target with the souls of the damned, slowing them by 20% - 48% within a span of 3 seconds. If the slowed target is damaged by an ability, it will deal damage to nearby enemies instead. Deals [90/125/160/195/210]+ 40% of AP
E: Torrent of Doom http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/99/99767-89182f2af9ddb2174a0141bf0010c425.jpg Malum causes a target area to rain with shadows right to left(Shadows appear like shards of ice, colored black.), whilst also causing the ground to burst with souls left to right. (It looks like rain that starts from left to right with the ground burning right to left. ) Enemies in the center are dealt with true damage. Deals [70/105/130/155/180]+ 70% of AP
R: Foreboding of Eternal Suffering http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/109/109419-668886310b77a0e222ddd254f0a5bbe6.jpg Malum channels for 2 seconds, after which, he transforms into a larger version of himself, dealing an initial amount of damage to nearby enemies. Malum also gains additional AP equivalent to a certain amount of his, he replaces all his non-ultimate abilities with Catastrophe. Note that that the buff lasts for 6 seconds, or until Malum uses up all his abilities. Deals [120/240/360]+ 30% of his AP. Additionally the bonus AP is equivalent to 15/25/35% of his AP.
Catastrophe http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/111/111557-cbc08a7d79c430ebcd312b6c9e07ef2b.jpg Malum uproots a targeted small area for up to 3 seconds (Can be recast), stunning all enemies within that area up to 3 seconds, whilst dealing damage upon its return to the ground. Deals [80/110/140/170/200]+ 50% of AP.

Short Lore: I was once the greatest evil that existed throughout the vast Runeterra, only through the gathering of many light mages was I imprisoned, but I could not be destroyed. My existence was from the very sins of all that lived and died, forgiven, re conciliated or not. I never truly cared. But through time, I have been strengthened, for the practitioners of light have forgotten me. Now that I am walking this world again, I have yet to claim back the souls of the sinful, which is, everyone...
Full Lore Long before the Rune Wars began, before the league was made, before the discovery of the Hextech, and before great kingdoms such us Noxus and Demacia... There was the kingdom of Thrahles, it was ruled by great mages, mages that practiced light magic (Different from Lux's). They were called Light Keepers, their legacy continued on and on repelling the darkness that grew, judged the sinful. After some time, even the Light Keepers bore evil sins, and soon the Kingdom was but a corrupted sight. The balance of good and evil was no more, and from all of their sins came a great force of sinful dread. Yes, the Archfiend Malum, only that he was stronger, many citizens had panicked, but there screams had only made the demon more intense. Malum made the Light Keepers a choice, serve under the divine light and die with all the citizens, or live and serve and kill. Yet these sinful mages would have ought to choose selfishly and lived, they did not, they chose to resist. Malum was outraged, he transformed into a more sinister demon, and after that, he made the grounds rise up and get crushed, many citizens died but not in vain. One promising Light Keeper was Evanil, he lead the remaining citizens and the remaining of his kin... After two more decades of the Archfiend running rampant throughout the world, the mages ran a plan, it was to destroy the evil being with the use of a powerful magic of light. Once they were able to train more people to practice Light Magic, they finally prepared for the return of Malum. He was stronger than ever, having harvested much of souls and making them damned. Although intimidated, the practitioners did not falter, they casted the spell, at the cost of their life, but it was all worth it or not. Malum was only imprisoned and put to sleep, not destroyed.... And when many people had sinned again, the spell had weakened and so did he, but he is now free.
