When is ravenborn leblanc going to be released??
I've waited a week for it to come out and it hasn't. why? is it going to be out today 10/17/2014?

Well, since patch 4.19 will presumably be the middle of next week, there's only this weekend and a couple days of next week until that promise is broken.

Ravenborn LeBlanc most likely won't be in 4.18, since Reaper Soraka isn't even in live yet.
