Do you guys think leblanc was nerfed too much? she has a 40% winrate now.

I think people over complain things that aren't really overpowered. You see, Leblanc isn't the number one champion on ranked, and if people will continue to ban her then it would just proves my fact, because she isn't a good ban anymore. A champion with a 40% winrate isn't really worth banning. there isn't. Why would she be a worthy ban? why would she having 40% winrate be ok?

look it up http://www.lolking.net/ this website from Riot shows the current states of champions. I mean I don't care if someone would disagree with me. It will just prove me right.

I think she went completely useless. The damage output is mostly ridiculous if you do not manage to hit your e. You have no life and despite the jumping the range is not extra ordinary either. And personally for me she is no fun to play anymore (at all). I loved her as an assasin. It is a shame I had actually bought three skins for her. I wish I could get that money back :(

If you're only taking that into consideration, yeah. If you look at other key factors, like damage dealt, average KDA ratio, etc. You can kinda see it.

I don't understand why everyone thinks Riot gutted Veigar. He still has a 51% win rate.

They took away his primary item, the only reason he could kill tanks back then.
They buffed his counters.
Then they just straight nerfed him, to the point he had a 41% win rate. Is that really alright? I think he's fine now, even with the delay.

Well, I don't think someone should be able to kill tanks as easy as it sounded back then, but why is everyone complaining about the removable of enemy AP% damage ? I don't get it, that was in no way balanced. It was literally useless/broken depending on your opponent.

To be fair, he is talking about Veigar in patch 5.4, not Veigar now. Riot gave him some love after that patch (off the top of my head they made the cage delay start at cast and not after cast animation).

That's not the issue. They reduced his damage by a ton by reducing the ulti, and made his E take 0.75 seconds to come up. I'm happy that they reduced it to a 0.5 second delay, but they took away DFG just 2 patches before, buffed his counters in the same patch and the next few patches, and then nerfed him. Don't you think that's a BIT overkill? He's in a fine spot now, I'm talking about then.
