I think people over complain things that aren't really overpowered. You see, Leblanc isn't the number one champion on ranked, and if people will continue to ban her then it would just proves my fact, because she isn't a good ban anymore. A champion with a 40% winrate isn't really worth banning. there isn't. Why would she be a worthy ban? why would she having 40% winrate be ok?

look it up http://www.lolking.net/ this website from Riot shows the current states of champions. I mean I don't care if someone would disagree with me. It will just prove me right.

I think she went completely useless. The damage output is mostly ridiculous if you do not manage to hit your e. You have no life and despite the jumping the range is not extra ordinary either. And personally for me she is no fun to play anymore (at all). I loved her as an assasin. It is a shame I had actually bought three skins for her. I wish I could get that money back :(
