I started to play League this year and can finally grab CS Shyvanna/Thresh from the other season, but they are excluding Riven, why? what makes CS Riven so special? it isnt fair and we need to tell Riot to bring EVERY CS champ back for sale in october, not just CS Shyv/Thresh

Shyv and Thresh are meant to come out every year or so, Riven is suppose to be really rare, and so they highly hesitate releasing her willy-nilly.
Nìnjjy1 votesThe problem with CS riven is she was a end of season 2 after worlds and was in store for like a week she limited so maybe next year with championship bundle but you can try the pick'em and get lucky and win from their for now. I main riven and I love her but I do want that skin, we just have to wait
