When fiora came out in the patch i went from b2 to b4, lost all my games, and each one i fed. After the update not only was improving on playing the character bring better results, the patch that boosted fioras stats and cd reduction got me to good KDA's, ive started to win my games now and i like to thank Riot for appreciating the users and listening to them and that's why im loyal.

Well, she was a little more reliant on her abilities, but she was a bursty melee fighter/assassin who fell hard into the feast or famine category. Most pine for her old ult, but frankly, It was a TERRIBLE move for just how crutch and safe it was.
Q, Q, E, hydra, throw W in there if they are AA reliant, Ult if they're not dead.... This was pretty much it! :P

Finalreqy1 votesI've long believed that no game should be balanced around anything but "perfection" of a champion/class/player. I would bet money that fixing your runes/masteries would give you a better winrate with Fiora more than the +1 ad^lv and CDR buffs ever could have.
Purely out of curiosity, If you have the IP/Runes, Try... Reds: Flat AD, AD^LV Yellow: Hp Regen, Armor, Hp^Lv. Mr Blue: Cdr^Lv Mr, Armor Quint: Hp5, Flat AD, Cdr^Lv, Lifesteal, Movespeed, Armor, Mr (Depending on your matchups/Availability of runes/pages)
