Orthelia is a quick champ concept, where her identity is based around seeing the future!

Passive: Foresight Othelia projects an aura that causes a delay in activated skills (0.5 seconds) and projects the result of said skill to her in the form of an apparition

Q - Mind shock Othelia sends a slow moving physic blast in a line, stunning (or silencing) the first champion hit. Scales with AP

W - shock wave Othelia releases a pulse in a cone shape that repels nearby enemies or projectiles, knocking enemies units to one side

E - Delusions of Granger Othelia grants untargetability for 0.5 seconds to a target or herself

R - Paradox Othelia creates numerous versions of a target. Each version casts a different one of that targets abilities (that are available or off cool down) Each version is targetable, and each skill landed will do damage based on the base damage of Paradox, while the original target (allied champion) is put in stasis. The allied champion can choose a version and take that versions position, or remain still until the spell has ended. If the ally takes an illusions position, that illusion deals extra damage based on the allies scaling

This would be SOOO complicated to implement, but it's a champion based on reaction speed and fast decision making. If used correctly, would be the naturally enemy of on hit abilities as well as skill shots. Designed as a support with Mid potential (based on scalings, but with only two real damaging spells, and the ultimate that would have low scaling due to the large possible number of targets or spells the illusions could land
