Is there, or will there ever be like a full blown league of legends comic or cartoon? I know there's lot's of lore and online fan fiction/art but is there an official set outside of the lore on the website or in the game screens? If not, is there any plans for it?
Probably not, considering they would have to put time and money into making comics and movies instead of making the game more balanced, releasing champions , and making skins.
I would really hope for a LoL comic. Finally we could have real lore

Any ways, its not cannon because its about a skin.
However, You can find more lore in the wiki.
It would take a lot of time from multiple departments to work on this. If they did consider this option, they would already be working on most of the comics by now.
