1496 days, I would actually count him in here, since his last skin was SKT and chosen by the winners of worlds. According to Riot's own statement, these skins don't count for the skin schedule, so his actual last skin was Pool Party in the year 2015, same like Rek'Sai.
Boy gets neglected like hell. =(
Also, while not the highest in number of days, Kalista. She's almost five years old and her only two post-release skins were both legacy (and one was a team skin, which people generally don't count in these tallies). For what it's worth, they're also both blue, when Kalista herself is already bluish-green.
Ornn also has yet to receive a skin despite several champions released after him already getting one.
First of all, Mordekaiser isn't likely to get a skin because of his skin re-designs. IMO Vel'Koz deserves a skin because of the amount of REALLY good ideas people have come up with.
Please new vel'koz skin!!!!
