New shadow Isles champ concept

Could we get a shadow Isles champion that has something kinda like skarner's crystals but it moves around the map.... Hear me out, if you had a "mist" that moved around the map and covered an area kinda the same size as a skarner crystal that gave you some mana regen, maybe some combat stats... idk. just a concept, or maybe the mist comes and goes like a corki package, or maybe you pick a location for a couple minutes with it kinda how you pick a hunt for kindred... you could use it for a jungler that ganks lane where the mist is or you could make a wandering support that supports the lanes with the mist, maybe have a light disable for enemies in the mist or send it places like a kalista spirit... just a recommendation for riot. :)
