Why is there no rgm on the alpha client?

Ok, 2 things, first, I was an alpha client tester and when the new season rolled around, the alpha client replaced the normal client, which, I was fine with. But, the thing I don't like, is that since the alpha does not have rgm que in it yet, I do not have a client to play my favorite rotating game modes on.... Second, this is slightly un related but can we also get the alpha custom games the "add bot" button soon? that was how I practiced off meta builds to see if they are viable. These are just some things I would like to see riot take some priority in so that I have rgm before urf passes....
