Riot please review my chat restriction/honor level

In a recent game, I was reported for a reason that while it is slightly negative, was completely justified. My cho gath jungle had made a comment telling me to suck my mothers dick. My mother died 3 weeks ago in a car accident while I was driving said car. As you would expect, I was a bit frazzled as I am trying to get over that time in my life. I was extremely tilted and sold all my items and bought a support item in case I needed to leave the pc and take a breather (passive gold would help me stay some what relevant) I later rebought my real items and proceeded to play the game like normal. My duo partner can confirm. Afterwards I was reported and my chat restricted which is all just meh. BUT, the part that I would like for you to look into, is my honor level which was reset to one. I have worked hard to get that and the fact that one report that was for a reason that actually isn't in the summoners code can make me loose all that after I earned honor 5 last season? that's rustles my jimmies.

If a riot employee would like to comment on this and maybe clarify why my whole honor was thrown in the toilet, I will accept it and proceed to try my hardest to re earn the honor but I dont think I should have to. Please and thank you.
