How does a KICK-based champion in a STRAIGHT JACKET sound? Theoretically, how'd he work out?

The concept of a fighter who never uses their hand is always difficult to justify, but when done well, looks so cool!

Imagine a Hannibal Lector-esque psychopath binded by a straight jacket and have a mask to cover his mouth. But his legs are free and he broke out from whatever prison he was trapped in. With his arms bound, he can only rely on his legs to fight.

Theoretically, how do you think this kind of concept could work out in League? Asides from being nimble and kick-based, I always fantasized such a champion will have an ultimate where he breaks free from his straight jacket, and reveals that underneath, he isn't a humanoid being, but rather a gigantic spider-like monstrosity with multiple claws underneath all along. Would make a decidedly horrible concept, and be a surprise for his enemies who assumed they were fighting a human underneath a straight jacket.

Well, in League of Legends, I'm pretty sure this would have to be a skin, because um, well, LoL is not modern... at ALL Except maybe Blitz or Viktor, but still the theme is fantasy and dragons and stuff
