New Champion Idea: Masamune The True Samurai

Hello everyone I'm a lowly League player still in High School and during my open period I decided to make an idea for a Champion. Because I main top lane i thought a champion like this would be fun to play. I'll put a description and lore at the end. So lets hop right into it!

Q -- Honorable Charge Masamune raises his katana and charges at the enemy gaining movement speed and his next auto-attack deals bonus damage, If Masamune runs away from the enemy he is slowed and his empowered auto-attack is cancelled but he gains bonus armor and magic resist.

W -- Samurai's honor Masamune raises his clans banner and feels his honor surge through him increasing his health regeneration for a short duration.

E -- Charged strike Masamune uses a second katana on his hip and strikes from pulling it out of its scabbard causing a cone attack. Enemies above 50% Health take extra damage, Enemies below 50% Health take a small slow.

R -- Blooming Cherry Blossom Masamune calls forth the great cherry Blossom tree of his clan giving buffs to him and his allies in an Area of Effect. If Masamune has more Attack Damage than armor BCB ( Blooming Cherry Blossom) will give him an Attack Damage Buff, Allies in the AoE of BCB get 1/2 his buff. If he has more armor and magic resist that AD than BCB gives a buff to his armor and magic resist, again 1/2 to his allies in the AoE.

P -- Samurai's courage When Masamune takes damage that could kill him the damage is delayed for a short duration then taken later.

(Alternate Passive) -- Every second of fighting increases Masamune's AD

Masamune is wearing a full set of Samurai armor ( the link is what i think would look the best :) ) he carries two Katanas his main weapon is the washing pole ( which if you don't know was a real katana that was close to 6 ft. long!) he carries this katana on his back. His second one is on his side, it's used for Charged Strike.

Masamune is obviously a character that can dish out alot of damage and take a couple of punches but his main weakness would be no CC in his kit.

Lore: Masamune is the greatest warrior of his clan, they worship the Great Cherry Blossom Tree in the center of there clans Capital. Because Masamune is such a great warrior and is known throughout Ionia he has gotten the chance to meet other great fighters like Shen. The fighting spirit of Masamune is so strong and fierce that he is sometimes asked to hunt opponents that are worthy of his blade, his newest contract Is the traitor Yasuo. Masamune Is always up for a challenge and he believes Yasuo's defeat will be his best victory so far.
