Please Riot, the nerf to soraka-top, which was supposed to have "no change to support" had a huge change to support.

If you really want to nerf soraka top.. then make her cast her W to heal herself, which she can't do in a solo-lane.

Make her Q build up charges, which upon casting W, will heal herself. Then she won't be able to sit in a solo-lane and spam Q to heal herself, but she also won't need to get gutted as a support.

Did you read the list of changes? It looks like she's gonna get an overall buff for support.

She won't be as quick, but she'll be much more healthy as she gets discounted/free Ws for landing Qs. She gets less sustain from just landing Qs, but reducing the health cost of her W means she'll have more sustain overall.
