hail-of-blades only providing bonus attack speed for 2 autos (8.21)

1. go into practice with any champ, hail of blades
2. open the stats card
3. create a target dummy
4. right click the dummy and watch the attack speed stay the same as you walk up
5. WITNESS: initial auto causes HOB attack speed boost, A, A, then boost goes away after only 2 autos.

Please either fix this for HOB to empower attack speed for 3 autos, or fix the tooltip to say that it only empowers 2 autos.
