Concept for Upcoming Morde VGU
THIS IS A LONG POST.
Mordekiaser is a powerful melee carry, letting you sacrifice built in cc for raw damage, sustain, and a sheild from damage dealt with abilities.
Here are my proposed changes:
Base Movement Speed: CHANGED to 340, up from 325.
Iron Man A percent of the damage dealt from abilities is converted into a temporary shield, absorbing incoming damage.---Same.
Mace of Spades Cooldown: 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 Cost: 10/20/30/40/50 Health Mordekaiser's next three hits are empowered. The first two strikes deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+50/60/70/80/90% Attack Damage) (+60% Ability Power) bonus magic damage. The final strike deals 2 times the bonus damage of the previous strikes, up to 20/40/60/80/100 (+100/120/140/160/180% Attack Damage) (+120% Ability Power).---STAYS THE SAME
Harvesters of Sorrow Cost: 25/35/45/55/65 Health Range: 1000 Coats an ally in magnetic metal, increasing each unit's movement speed toward one another. While near one another, the metal swirls violently dealing damage per second to enemies. ---REMOVED: Passive: Mordekaiser gains bonus experience for killing minions near allied champions. ---NEW: Passive: Harvesters of Sorrow deals double damage where circles overlap when cast on an allied champion(not including minions or selfcast). Active: Target an ally, linking them to Mordekaiser: Both gain up to (CHANGED to 55 down from 75) movement speed toward one another.When they touch, they deal 140/180/220/260/300 (+90% Ability Power) magic damage over 4 seconds to nearby enemies. Reactivate to both instantly steal 50/85/120/155/190 (+30% Ability Power) health from nearby enemies (25% heal on minions, max 2 units; deals magic damage). ADDED SOLO CAST EFFECT: NEW: Mordekiaser surrounds himself with necromantic energies, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+90% AP) magic damage over 4 seconds to nearby enemies.
Siphon of Destruction Cost: 24/36/48/60/72 Health Range: 700 Mordekaiser deals damage to enemies in a cone in front of him. For each unit hit, Mordekaiser's shield absorbs energy. Mordekaiser deals (CHANGED)35/75/120/145/175(+60% Attack Damage) UP FROM 35/65/95/125/155 (+60% Attack Damage) (+60% Attack Damage) magic damage in a cone.For each Champion hit, he gains 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% maximum shield.
Children of the Grave TARGET RANGE: 650 EFFECT RADIUS: 1125 / Global COOLDOWN: 120 / 105 / 90
Passive - Dragon Force: Mordekaiser's basic attacks and abilities Curse the Dragon for 10 seconds.
Active: Mordekaiser blasts the target enemy champion, dealing magic damage as well as Cursing them for the next 10 seconds. Cursed champions take magic damage every second, with Mordekaiser healing for 100% of the damage dealt by the initial blast and the Curse.
Initial Magic Damage: 6.25 / 7.5 / 8.75% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health. Magic Damage Per Second: 1.875 / 2.25 / 2.625% (+ 0.3% per 100 AP) of target's 'maximum health. Total Magic Damage: 25 / 30 / 35% (+ 4% per 100 AP) of target's 'maximum health Curse: If Mordekaiser's team scores a takedown on a Cursed enemy, he temporarily enslaves their soul as a controllable ghost. Enslaving the Dragon will kill Mordekaiser's current ghost and prevent him from summoning a new one while it survives.
Ghost Duration: 45 / 60 / 75 Second Active: While a ghost is active, Children of the Grave can be used to move them to the target location.
Champion ghosts gain 100% of Mordekaiser's bonus AD as bonus AD and 15% of Mordekaiser's maximum health as bonus health, and while Mordekaiser has a champion enslaved he gains 25% of their bonus health as bonus health and 30% of their AP as bonus AP. Dragon ghosts gain bonus range and modified movement speed.

TL;DR: -Remove the exp passive on w, -nerf w Movespeed boost by 20, -Buff Morde's base Movement speed by 15 -Bring back overlap damage on w with allied champion cast, -grant half the damage over time on w when Morde has no minions or allies around to cast on -Buff e damage
