Champion Concept: Mister, Legend of Rock

Mister is a tank that specialises in disruting the enemy team to give his teammates opportunities to turn the fight in their favour.

Passive:
Its all about the Fans! True Rock is all about the fans. They fuel Mister, they motivate him and make him stronger. Mister gains one fan for each cannon Minion kill, large Monster kill or Assist, 2 Fans for each Kill or Dragon and 5 Kills for each Baron he helps to slay. Each Fan increases his Mana Regeneration, gives him additional damage against Minions and Monsters and empowers his abilities.

Q: Power Slide Mister slides forward, damaging all enemys he collides with. After completing his Slide, with his next basic attack he performs a Guitar Windmill, hitting is so hard his attack cleaves in front of him.
After gaining X Fans, the range and damage of his Dash increases, and after gaining X more Fans, he leaves a burning trace behind him, damaging enemys that stand inside it each half-second for 3 seconds. Neutral Monsters are sucked in behind him, and after hitting at least one Monster, the Cooldown of this Spell is reduced.

W: Headbang Mister smashes his head down in a glorious Headbang, smashing his rock-hard skull on the enemy, dealing damage and stunning them for X seconds. After gaining X fans, Mister gets a boost to armor and magic resistance for a few seconds after using this spell

E: Bass Solo Mister starts to shred an awesome solo, dealing damage each second to every enemy around him. He can move while channeling, but cant attack but he can cast his other spells. Everyone who hears it to the end is left speechless by the awesome Rock and is silenced for X seconds. After gaining X Fans, Misters other spells are reduced by a small amount for every tick of damage that this spell deals to an enemy champion.

R: Summon the Moshpit Mister calls upon all of his fans to join him in a gigantic Moshpit action in a large area around him. Each Fan will jump at an enemy champion, dealing damage and applying a 0.1 second mini stun to them. Each Champion can only be hit by one fan every second and takes less damage for each fan that hits him. After Moshing an enemy, the fan returns to Mister, healing him for a fixed amount.
