The icon being released is related to Jarvan the 4th's families crest so It will most likely be from the royal line I almost want to assume his mother Catherine Spiritmight or King Jarvan the 3rd.

That icon is related to the upcoming Galio rework, we have no reason to expect a new champion coming from Demacia right now.
But it would be cool if they did the same they did with Camille and Warwick. Giving us a Demacia lore update with the release of the Galio rework and then moving on to a Noxus lore update with a new champion release.
