even if this update sticks i will never ever call mordekaiser the lord of death it is just beyond stupid in my opinion mordekaiser did not need a rework and now they're trying to justify the changes with a new fancy (shitty) title. so im asking to please revert the title and possible the entire rework the only thing i like about the rework is the heal.

You get the idea. Yeah skins most of the time exist in their only little AU. Pentakill's just that.

And considering Olaf's in a war right now and Karthus, Yorick and Mordekaiser are spooking it up at the Shadow Isles, Pentakill can't really happen in universe anymore. In an alternate universe focused around Pentakill? Absoluetly. Not the main one though.
