Okay so I thought you got the skin by liking the League page on Facebook, but I never got it. I also don't own Tristana so maybe that's a reason why, but I'm wondering if my facebook account just isn't somehow linked to my League account or...what went wrong there. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't remember if you need to like "League of Lengends" or "Riot Games" but one of them gave me the skin. It also gives you the champion if you don't already have her. Try liking both of them, then if she doesn't show up in a day or two contact player support.
