Not sure how Shurima has anything to do with Yin Yang but okay, the skin design itself seems cool though.
Last time this was posted, it was called Yin-Yang or Balanced Syndra.
I suspect this is actually an Ionian Syndra skin -- the sort of person she might have been had she not opted for the "magical tyrant" approach that makes her want to destroy Ionia's current leadership.
Hence the yin-yang, Ionia-style flowing attire, and the use of what I imagine are supposed to be Go stones instead of her standard spheres.
This skin is called "Go-Master Syndra" and it's from 2014 chinese art contest.

OP don't go around labeling skins with their own names if you don't know what they are supposed to be.

Her balls should be of sand. Not of arcane magic. As for the Ying-Yang, I don't know if it really fits into the whole sandstorm thing.
i find the lack of darude sandstorm commets way too disturbing.

Okay, but what if the spheres were made of sand, and they disappear similar to Azir's soldiers...
I'm still shocked Warden Naut and King of Clubs Mord got QoL particles but syndra didn't . . . . is it really THAT hard to make her Q a diamond instead of a sphere?? I mean. . . . It fits her theme and it's only on 1 skill. Like. . . holy hell man. The Lazyness in the 750 skins is too obvious.

I fail to see how Ying-Yang relegates to Shurima, sands, deserts.
Albeit pretty looking, there's nothing that looks "syndra" to it, not to mention 3 floating marbles(what the heck are those anyways?) do not fit with sandstorms nor Shurima.
The splash art's quality is on par with Riot's production, so I'll give the artist props for that, damn right.

Balanced Syndra would be a good name. Where she found balance in restraint and power.
Shurima Noble Syndra
Orbs would form from sand and harden. Almost glass like. W/E's animation wouldn't change too much. But gain additional effects(animation wise) when interacting with orbs. R's projectile wouldn't change much. But something cool with the 3 orbs around her would be nice.
Then a matching Zed skin and we're set. Because Reasons.
The artwork is very good looking.
As a Syndra main, muh waifu demands more skins and I approve of this.
For real though, love the design. This, and a dodgeball/snowball fight Syndra need to happen
