This splash is an amazing piece of art! Truly outrageous.
The idea as it stands might be a little too much for our PG-13 rating (although for the longest time Gangplank was rocking monster lower-belly hair) but the theme is strong. Draven loves to entertain, be the center of attention, be adored and showered with money. It's literally his passive >:D
It's also true that some skins like Battle Bunny Riven and the Police skins for Caitlyn and Vi seem more fan-service than function. Heartseeker Varus was a conscious effort to re-balance those scales and I think we can do more. I'll go ask Draven if he's up for showing more skin.
Change the name To Daaancer Draven and remove visable pubic heir, and we are good, because bad as some female champs may be none of them are actually named after a adult entertainment trade, it can be obvious what he is, like Battle Bunny Riven but actually saying it crosses a few censorship lines,
Get rid of the pubes first.
This is a beautiful idea. It needs to be an ultimate skin.
He can start out fully clothed and lose them as he levels his ultimate, eventually wearing only underwear.
So you'll sexually objectify women to the extreme... but men can't be shirtless with low-cut jeans.

I'd be down for this, if they make a matching skin for Gragas. Like dancer Gragas, where he looks like Chris Farley in the chippendales SNL sketch. It could be the ultimate skin.

I have 3 big problems here....and like 4 small problems.
first the Big Problems.
1.
by lore nature is a literal show off/center stage sort of person. so this skin doesn't fully match is personality.
2.he's crazy he doesn't go on stage for money.
3. the pants are to low.
the small.
- the face just looks off. like he's been smacked in the back of the head.
- the name is really just a no.
- his tattoos shouldn't change just cause his close do.
- just no.(ran out of problems)
Now lets go into how to make this a reality.
honestly DRAVEN! (with the gusto) is shirtless in his gladiator skin so I see no quarrel with the over all cloths. That said I feel that that setting just doesn't SCREAM DRAAAVVVEEEEENN!
to fix this is really simple change the back ground ,lift the pants a little higher, have the name say "CENTER RING DRAVEN!" with the same cloths only in kind of a circus tent with all the lights on him as he shows off his skills. you know the main attraction to an event. something that just screams draven is showing you how to throw an axe with style.
