I don't know how to break this to you, but it's Alice in Wonderland themed, not circus.

This is a great skin concept and I really think a champion like teemo who has a lack of skins could really use this in his repertoire.

This is actually very adorable and really gives a colourful look to Teemo in comparison to his other skins! I definitely would buy this on Day 1 if it was to be real! Fits well with the Wonderland theme indeed. xD

I say if Teemo is the Mad Hatter, his mushrooms should be tea cups.
It would make more sense for him to be the Cheshire Cat tho. It can turn invisible and move fast. Mushrooms could be the Hat as well since the Cheshire Cat likes it so much.
